Returns/Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of my products, All Sales Are Final. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of heart or customer sizing errors.
Unfortunately, there is no way for me to resize a ring without ruining the ring's setting or damaging the stone. If you are unsure about your size, please contact me at spiritmountainsilver@gmail.com before placing an order. You can also visit any local jeweler and they should be able to tell you your ring size.
*Please Note:
If the INCORRECT size is ordered, it is your responsibility to either get the ring resized by a local jeweler, or to purchase a ring insert.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. I stand by the quality and craftsmanship of all my products, and if a product arrives at your doorstep damaged from the mail, I will gladly repair free of charge.
Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, each piece is unique and full of character. All of my pieces are made from .925 sterling and fine silver. Variations in stone and silver design are to be expected as nothing I produce is machine made.
Please understand that each piece I make is entirely crafted by hand, entirely unique and imperfect. Please do not expect a machine precision piece.
Care instructions
Please note that handmade, artisan jewelry is fragile & delicate and needs to be properly taken care of. Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time due to sulfates in the air which causes your piece to oxidize. To reduce tarnishing, I recommend keeping your jewelry piece in an enclosed baggie/box while you are not wearing it. Many of my pieces are given a patina to add to the character of the piece. If you wish to remove the patina/tarnish you can do this easily with a polishing cloth. Do not get your piece wet. Please remove rings before washing hands or applying perfumes or lotions. If your piece does begin to tarnish, you can gently rub it with the polishing cloth provided to you with your purchase (avoid rubbing the stone)!
All of the stones I use are natural and may have an uneven shape or texture, thus adding to their beauty. Because the stones I use are natural they are delicate and should be treated as such.
Avoid dropping or banging your precious stone products as they can fracture or crack. Spirit Mountain Silver accepts no liability for broken stones or damage goods caused by customer mishandling or improper care.
