How can I purchase one of your pieces?

All of my pieces are crafted slowly and carefully with my own two hands. I create in small batches, releasing new collections about once a month. Dates and times of releases are announced through my newsletter, here on my website as well as on my Instagram page @spiritmountainsilver 

Do orders come gift wrapped?

Yes! All Spirit Mountain Silver orders will come carefully gift wrapped in a small jewelry box and burlap bag with dried lavender, a thank you card, jewelry care card, and my very own logo sticker. For orders $150 and over, you will also receive a little "goodie bag" that includes a complimentary polishing cloth and a mini "Turquoise Magic Vial". 

Do you take custom orders? 

I unfortunately am not taking Custom Orders at this time. However, if you would like to be notified when Custom Orders are open again, subscribe to my newsletter to be the first to know and reserve your spot!

Where do you ship? How long will it take for my package to arrive?

I ship everywhere! Orders will ship within 5-7 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces can take up to 5 weeks. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking info! Domestic orders have the choice between USPS First Class (5-8 Business Days) or USPS Priority Mail (~3 Business Days) upon checkout. International shipments can take anywhere from 1-7 weeks to arrive at their final destination. 

Does my package come with shipping insurance? How can I qualify for Free Shipping?

Yes! Shipping insurance is calculated into the shipping cost at checkout. For domestic orders under $150, USPS First Class with Shipping Insurance is a flat rate of $5.30. USPS Priority Mail with Shipping Insurance is a flat rate of $9.01. All Domestic Orders orders $150 and over will ship for free USPS First Class (5-8 Business Days) with shipping insurance.

How Do I Care For My Sterling Silver?

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time due to sulfates in the air which causes your piece to oxidize. When the surface layer of your piece oxidizes, your piece will start to look dull and slightly discolored. It is extremely important to store your pieces in a dry enclosed area to slow this process. My recommendation is to use an air tight anti-tarnish bags that you can simply purchase off of Amazon. If you prefer to store your finished pieces in an enclosed jewelry box like me, you can also purchase anti-tarnish strips to throw in the box as an extra level of protection. It is extremely important that you remove your jewelry before showering, washing dishes, swimming, applying lotions/perfumes, etc. 

If your piece has started to tarnish, you can simply give it a gentle wipe with the jewelry polishing cloth provided to you with your purchase! I will also include a Jewelry Care Card with every order that has instructions on how to care for your sterling silver piece. 

All of the stones I use are natural and may have an uneven shape or texture, thus adding to their beauty. Because the stones I use are natural they are delicate and should be treated as such.

Avoid dropping or banging your precious stone piece as they can crack or break. Spirit Mountain Silver accepts no liability for broken stones or damage goods caused by customer mishandling or improper care. 

Can You Resize My Ring/Bracelet?

Unfortunately, there is no way for me to resize a ring/bracelet without ruining the ring's setting or damaging the stone. If you are unsure about your size, please contact me at info@spiritmountainsilver.com before placing an order. You can also visit any local jeweler and they should be able to tell you your ring size!

*Please Note:
If the INCORRECT size is ordered, it is your responsibility to either get the ring resized by a local jeweler, or to purchase a ring insert.

Do You Accept Returns/Exchanges? 

Due to the custom nature of my products, All Sales Are Final. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of heart or customer sizing errors.

Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, each piece is unique and full of character. All of my pieces are made from .925 sterling and fine silver. Variations in stone and silver design are to be expected as nothing I produce is machine made. 

Please understand that each piece I make is entirely crafted by hand, entirely unique and imperfect. Please do not expect a machine precision piece.
